Ian Bolton is Head of Learning Programmes at TechSkills. TechSkills are the accreditation body for Tech Industry Gold: the only employer-led accreditation for tech education and training. TechSkills are a not-for-profit organisation and the skills arm of techUK.
Ian’s work at TechSkills encompasses leading all work connected with TechSkills accredited learning providers, creating exciting and innovative pathways into the tech Space, supporting with accreditation development, designing and facilitating enrichment opportunities, liaising and working with academics and educators, also representing TechSkills learning community via external national bodies, such as UCAS and IFATE.
Prior to joining TechSkills Ian has extensive experience across a range of senior educational and learning development roles, most recently working in the esports and gaming sector.
