FinTech North Announce Renewal of Partnership with Global Accountancy Firm RSM
FinTech North are delighted to announce the renewal of our partnership with global accountancy firm, RSM. This partnership is one of our longest-standing relationships, and long-term collaborations like these are the lifeblood of an organisation like ours, providing invaluable support and expertise to our community.
RSM have a strong Northern presence, with offices in Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Leeds, Hull, and Newcastle, as well as many more nationally. Speaking regularly at our events, RSM have shown leadership in topics such as Resilience, Risk, and Ethical FinTech, and are leaders in the provision of audit, tax, and consulting services globally.
Their clients include scale-ups, listed companies, and high-net-worth individuals across the FinTech sector and wider technology and financial services industries. They stay abreast of the issues and opportunities in the sector, applying best practices whilst finding innovative solutions to support their clients. In 2024, our partnership involved brand sponsorship of our Manchester Conference, where Vijay Ray, an Associate Director in the Risk & Governance team and a former FCA regulator, spoke on a ‘Future of Payments Panel,’ offering his regulatory expertise on the topic. RSM also contributed valuable insights as part of our ‘Operational Resilience: Countdown to DORA’ webinar in Q4 of last year. More recently, RSM has continued to demonstrate their expertise by speaking on our ‘Decoding DORA’ webinar and our Liverpool Conference where they provided key insights on payments, regulation, and operational resilience.
