Gemma leads CFIT’s talent and skills workstream, drawing on her years of leadership across education management, entrepreneurship and professional sports captaincy. She joins CFIT from FinTech Wales where she implemented and led the UK’s very first fintech skills strategy. Gem’s focus is on supporting regional fintech talent to broaden the spectrum of people of different skills and backgrounds contributing to financial innovation.
